SUPPORTING MULTI-GENERATIONAL CAREER PATHS WITH WILSON FAMILY

Centurion Canada is shining the spotlight on the Wilson family – a father and two sons in different roles across the business, reflecting how long-term careers can take shape at Centurion.

Rob Wilson joined in 2012 as a field technician in Water & Wastewater Solutions’ Low Flow team. He later became a senior technician, then area supervisor, and now works as a certified plant operator with the High Flow team.

His sons – Will and Nathan – joined after high school in 2020 and 2024, respectively. Will began in Water & Wastewater Solutions and now works in Cranes & Lifting Services, having recently completed the requirements for his first-year mobile crane journeyperson credentials. Nathan, the youngest, has joined Centurion as a field tech in the Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions Low Flow team.

Despite working in different parts of the business, the Wilsons are quick to step in when help is needed. Earlier this year, Nathan responded to a holiday call-out. In a show of teamwork, Rob and Will – who were both off shift – volunteered to join and support him.

With Will and Nathan following in their father’s footsteps by joining Centurion, it’s a reflection of how our workplaces foster opportunity, versatility, and deep-rooted teamwork.
