CENTURION CANADA RENTALS & SERVICES PROVIDES SUPPORT TO COMMUNITY IN STATE OF EMERGENCY

As a business committed to supporting the communities in which we operate, Centurion Canada Rentals & Services (Centurion CRS) recently provided key support following devastating and destructive wildfires.

In early May 2023, multiple evacuation orders were issued due to out-of-control wildfires burning in several communities surrounding Grande Prairie; Centurion CRS stepped up to help, taking action to assist members of the community where possible.

The team delivered coffee, cookies and other refreshments to front-line workers, local fire stations and the Grande Prairie Friendship Center – an important local resource for residents of the Sturgeon Lake Reserve currently without homes. The staff also collected food, toys, baby items and toiletry donations for those impacted by the fires.

In addition, the Centurion CRS Clairmont team made a generous $1,000 donation to the Whispering Ridge Community School, supporting the cost of lunches for children evacuated from the wildfires and Worked Together to deliver lunches to students.

We are proud of each and every one of these employees for supporting victims of Alberta’s wildfires.
